1. Delivery Areas

Currently, UAPL provides product delivery in:

  • Bareilly and nearby districts (Uttar Pradesh)

We are working to expand our services to more locations in the future.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Within 24–48 hours after order confirmation

  • Fast Delivery (Selected Areas): 2–6 hours (subject to availability and location)

Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, product availability, or remote location issues.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Product weight

  • Delivery location

  • Order size

Free delivery may be available on orders above a minimum value (as decided by the company from time to time).

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful confirmation or payment verification

  • Customers will receive confirmation via Call / SMS / WhatsApp

  • Orders received after working hours may be processed the next business day

5. Delivery Process

  • Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer

  • Customer must be available at the time of delivery

  • A valid phone number is required for smooth coordination

If the customer is unavailable, a re-delivery attempt may be made. Additional charges may apply.

6. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer not reachable

  • Unsafe or inaccessible location

  • Natural calamities or restrictions

In such cases, UAPL is not responsible for any delay or cancellation.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or missing product:

  • Inform UAPL within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos or videos as proof

  • Our team will verify and guide for return / replacement
